Application to become a GLA dealer. Please fill out completely and attach copies of all licenses applicable to your business being legal in your province, city or county. It is important these documents are received as we do not sell to any company not legal to do business in their area or does not have a business front and address. We will not, and do not sell to individuals selling from their homes, garages or swap meets only. Make sure the originals are returned with your paperwork as we must have original signed copies.
